The grid classes work with div. They do not with blocks unless you actively change the default display.

Is there a specific reason why you would want to apply a grid class to a Bricks block element ?

Bricks block element is basically a div, with a preset display of flex column.

So my recommendation is not to use blocks when you want to create a grid.
