The o-snap classes are only output if the Utility Stylessheets All of them! setting is turned on.

To recreate:

Add o-snap-block-mandatory to AppContainer and o-snap-center to its child sections.

Turn on Utility Stylessheets All of them! setting – it works.

Now set Utility Stylessheets All of them! setting to off and select all of the utility stylesheets individually.

Now it won't work because the o-snap classes aren't output.
